Huge shout out to Crystal L, Kennadi P and William R in the office. I work on site pretty consistently and these three always come through. Things are organized and prepped which makes my job much easier and in my line of work that's genuinely appreciated. Awesome staff here at monarch on East broad

Great maintenance team,absolutely amazing very friendly …u can always rely on them specially daniel my absolute favorite but there is always a parking problem for someone like me who works nights shift its impossible to get parking after 10pm …i feel like we should at least get one parking for each apartment

Nice beautiful place to live, budget friendly, Crystal and Gabrielle (at office management) are excellent and very professional. It's worth considering as your next rental.

The place is small and cozy, this place can be your small community, full of incredible people, in addition to having an excellent service staff, especially grabielle the manager of the place, it has a dog park, swimming pool, gym, games room and a magnificent atmosphere.

Daniel and Andrew I have used their help many times. They are knowledgeable,fast and professional. The dream team I called them.i ve used their expertise many times.highly recommend them

I’m very impressed with how quick my maintenance request was handled. Within 2 hours of submitting the request Daniel and Andrew showed up and had my garbage disposal unclogged and working like new in the matter of minutes. Very professional and friendly, I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

My review is only for the Maintence Daniel white I hope I say it right but he helped a lot when we needed something fix he was there the same day thank you so much for always helping us when the difficult times and making sure everything is up and running if u ever need Maintence done in ur apartment request Daniel he’s a Pro and knows how to do it right. He’s the only Maintence we will request in our home at the moment since he’s the 1st one we met since we move in thank you again Daniel and don’t work to hard :) give my boy a raised he earn and deserve it.

Maintenance has been amazing while living here. I’ve had a few issues I needed fixed and Daniel not only got them fixed in a timely manner but he’s also a great guy. Big shout out to Daniel💯

Moved in December 2023 so far I really like these apartments, I definitely like the kitchen area, and the bathroom the most. It's quiet here, but it's one or two small problems. Trash on the property porches, and the trash compactor, other then I'm really glad I chose this place.

I toured these last week and I must say Ms.Makayla represented the apartments very well. I previously toured back in February and the guy was very rude and not helpful at all, but Ms.Makayla was the complete opposite. She’s very professional and outstanding. Definitely a great representation for the apartment complex she completely sold me and I will be leasing with them next year Thanks to her.!!!
