The apartments are very spacious, lovely balcony, lots of cabinet & closet space. The office staff & maintenance are great. The property manager Andrew has been very kind & super helpful! Andrew helped me every step of the way, answered all of my questions & concerns & made my moving process very smooth. 100/10 âï¸ âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

The supervisor Daniel white has done an amazing job here on property, he completes all my work orders fast and does his work right. He created change here from the trash to work needed done in the units. Give him a raise please he deserve it.

My review is only for the Maintence Daniel white I hope I say it right but he helped a lot when we needed something fix he was there the same day thank you so much for always helping us when the difficult times and making sure everything is up and running if u ever need Maintence done in ur apartment request Daniel heâs a Pro and knows how to do it right. Heâs the only Maintence we will request in our home at the moment since heâs the 1st one we met since we move in thank you again Daniel and donât work to hard :) give my boy a raised he earn and deserve it.

Moved in December 2023 so far I really like these apartments, I definitely like the kitchen area, and the bathroom the most. It's quiet here, but it's one or two small problems. Trash on the property porches, and the trash compactor, other then I'm really glad I chose this place.

I would like to add that they have new management team now, and I would like to say that Gabrielle is a good landlord. And also, Daniel White the manager maintenance is a very good worker. He's prompted, he's very respectful, and helpful, and he has a very warm heart. I'm glad to have a decent team at this apartment complex!

I toured these last week and I must say Ms.Makayla represented the apartments very well. I previously toured back in February and the guy was very rude and not helpful at all, but Ms.Makayla was the complete opposite. Sheâs very professional and outstanding. Definitely a great representation for the apartment complex she completely sold me and I will be leasing with them next year Thanks to her.!!!

So many complaints about the noise that is typical because the walls are kind of thin. My only issues are the ppl that they move in are trifling they have outside furniture on the patios and the trash be outside their houses. But we as a community have to do better besides that itâs okay no complaints about the maintenance because I put my request in to get anything done that I need done. As far as the bugs ppl brought them here because they never had bug problems when I first move in and I was the very first person to move in while it was being built
